Crisis Resources, Hotlines, and Coping Skills

Hello Healer, thank you for being here.

These are some of my favorite crisis planning resources. It is best to look through these resources and create a safety plan when you feel okay, whatever that looks like for you. These resources are meant for moments of emotional overwhelm, grief, crisis, or intense moods.

In the event of a true medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your closest emergency room. The resources below can be used to calm yourself down and support you in recognizing the oncoming crisis and responding to it with a plan. These resources can be used independently, worked on with a supportive person, or shared with friends.
