These resources are meant for moments of emotional overwhelm, grief, crisis, or intense moods. In the event of a true medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your closest emergency room.

 

The resources below can be used to calm yourself down and support you in recognizing the oncoming crisis and responding to it with a plan. These resources can be used independently, worked on with a supportive person, or shared with friends.
